Group Onboarding Session 1

During this session we will go through:

  1. Account set-up
  2. Payment integration
  3. Cancelling and refunding orders
  4. Setting up Service templates (individual, multi-date, sessions, private parties, etc)
  5. Creating your events

Group Onboarding Session 2

During this session we will go through:

  1. Questions about setting up your events
  2. Managing your backend calendar and Quick Order
  3. Gift certificates and Coupons
  4. Publishing your calendar to your Website
  5. Facebook Events and Google Events integration
